摘要
通过对学生在比赛中的技战术压力特点进行分析,从教学实践出发,设计网球技战术抗压力训练的方法,并在教学中进行实验验证,旨在交流网球教学经验,推进网球教学改革,提高网球教学质量。
On the basis of the analysis of the technical and strategic pressure training features of the students in the match, this paper proposes to design the technical and strategic pressure training of tennis and conduct trial teaching so as to exchange tennis teaching experience and promote the tennis teaching reform.
