摘要
结合DQ型高效催化剂在液相本体法聚丙烯装置中的应用情况,分析了产品中产生过多细粉的原因,主要包括催化剂的粒径分布、催化剂的活化程度、预聚合程度、聚合反应速率、牌号切换、原料丙烯质量等。提出了选择合适的催化剂、优化催化剂预接触罐和反应器的操作、提高原料丙烯质量等改进措施。
This paper analyzed the causes for forming fine powders of polypropylene(PP)in exorbitant amount during production process of the liquid phase bulk PP plant loaded with DQ high efficiency catalyst. The determined influential factors involved particle size distribution and activation degree of the catalyst, prepolymerization efficiency, reaction rate, propylene quality and grade switch. The authors put forward corresponding countermeasures for restraining formation of the fine powder so as to mitigate or even eliminate the block failure caused by the fine powder in the production facilities. The available methods included selection of the proper catalyst, operation optimization of the premixing tank and loop reactors and improvement in quality of the feedstock.
