HPLC法测定降脂颗粒中人参皂苷Re的含量

摘要 目的:建立降脂颗粒中人参皂苷Re的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定NH2柱以乙腈-水(84:16)为流动相,检测波长为203nm。结果:人参皂苷Re进样量在0.512~2.56μg之间线性良好,r=0.9998,样品平均加样回收率96.87%,RSD为0.94%。结论:此方法简便、准确、重现性良好,可作为降脂颗粒中人参皂苷Re的含量测定方法。 Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of ginsenoside Re in jiangzhi granule.Methods: A sample HPLC method for determination of ginsenoside Re was establish. The determination was carried out on NH2 column with mobile phase of aeetonirile-water(84:16) and detection wave-length at 203 nm. Results: The ginsenoside Re sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.512-2.56 μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The average recovery of the added sample was 96.87%. RSD was 0.94%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for content determination of ginsenoside Re in jiangzhi granule.
