农杆菌介导的基因转化辣椒条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 对农杆菌GV3101介导转化保加利亚尖椒过程中的条件进行了探讨,得出以下优化的条件:卡那霉素(Kan)浓度35 mg/L、预培养2 d、侵染时间7-8 m in、共培养3 d、乙酰丁香酮(AS)浓度100μmol/L。 The optimization of the conditions for Agrobacterium( GV3101 ) -mediated gene transformation of Bulgaria pointed pep- per was discussed. The optimal conditions were as follows: Kan concentration 35 mg/L, pre -cultivation for 2 d, infection for 7 -8 rain, co-cultivation for 3d, AS concentration 100 μmol/L.
