This thesis deals with translation of euphemisms in Dream of Red Mansion.By contrasting different versions of translation and discrepancy between English and Chinese culture,it not only makes the readers further understand the influences of cultures in the two nations to their languages,it also has practical meaning to the practice of cultural translation in a certain degree.
