摘要
将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、相容剂、尼龙以及其他助剂以适当配比干混后,在普通吹塑成型机上制得具有阻隔性能的中空制品。通过对制品阻隔性能、机械性能及制品剖面扫描电子显微照片的分析,研究了成型工艺、相容剂与尼龙的配混比例以及尼龙加入量对制品性能的影响。
HDPE was blended with compatibilizer, nylon and other additives in proper ratio. The blend was made into a hollow container with good barrier property by common blow mould machine. The influences of mould technology, the compatibilizer/ nylon ratio,and the content of nylon on the barrier property, mechanical property and morphology were investigated.
