摘要
建立了三波长分光光度法测定白桦树皮中缩合鞣质含量的分析方法。在强酸介质中,硫酸铁铵-铁氰化钾与缩合鞣质在室温下反应20min,以儿茶素为标样,对白桦树皮中缩合鞣质进行测定。实验表明:线性范围为2μg·mL^-1~14μg·mL^-1,线性回归方程△A=83.321c+0.072,相关系数为0.9998。εmax为3.712×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1。检测限为0.32μg·mL^-1。精密度为0.89%。回收率为95.5%~100.2%。该法操作简单,灵敏度高。
A three - wavelength spectrophotometric method is proposed for determination of Condensation - tannis in Betula bark based on the reduction of potassium ferricyanide - ammonium ferric sulphate by Condensation - tannis in the acid medium. The linear range is from 2 μg·mL^-1 to 14 μg·mL^-1 and the limit of detection is 0.32 μg·mL^-1. The precision RSD is 0.89%. The rate of recovery is 95.5% - 100.2%.
