摘要
异种钢材焊接后,由于焊缝中气孔、夹渣等缺陷的存在,使其组织复杂化,大大降低了该类焊接件的承载能力。本文以异种钢材Q235-0Cr17Ni9板状焊接结构件为例,对试件采取了不同种类及不同程度的锻造变形,从宏观、微观角度观察了热塑性变形对焊缝组织的影响,分析结果表明不同的锻造方法均能在不破坏焊缝金属-母相原有结合状态的基础上,焊合焊缝组织中的气孔类等缺陷,使焊缝金属变为更理想的层状组织,从而大大提高了其服役周期,对此类工件的生产制造具有一定的指导意义。
When dissimilar steel is welded,the bearing capacity is greatly reduced due to the pores and slag defects.Taking Q235-0Cr17Ni9 as an example,we take forging deformation on them with different types and different levels and observed the impact on the welding joint from the macro and micro angle.The results show that welding joint can be forged and will not destroy the original structure.Better layered organizations can be obtained,thus greatly enhance its service cycle.The results have a certain guiding significance on the production of such parts.
