摘要
在试验和数值模拟的基础上,对水力旋流器内部的准自由涡运动规律做了定量分析,提出了在旋流器内部的准自由涡运动指数n不是一个常数的观点。并根据实际旋流器的几何结构给出了n的变化规律和具体表达式,从而对现有描述旋流器切向速度的公式做了相应修改。算例结果表明本文提出的计算旋流器内部切向速度的公式要比现有计算公式能更真实的反映旋流器内部流体的切向运动,为水力旋流器的工艺设计提供了可靠的理论基础。
The moving ride of free vortex in hydrocylone is studied quantificationaUy on the base of experimental and numerical simulation results; and the study showed that the exponential quantity n of free vortex in hydrocylone is not a constant but a variable. A formula about the exponential quantity n is offered based on the hydrocylone geometrical parameter and then the formula of hydrocylone tan-velocity is amended. Comparison showed that the tan-velocity value counted by the amended formula of hydrocylone tan-velocity accorded with the experimental results better than that counted by the conventional formula of hydrcylone tan-velocity.
