摘要
在三苯基膦二氯化钯/碘化亚铜的催化下,对溴苯甲酸甲酯与苯乙炔发生偶合反应,生成化合物1,化合物1分别与苯乙酮、2-乙酰呋喃、2-乙酰噻吩发生克莱森缩合反应,合成了三种新型β-二酮化合物3(a-c),并利用1HNMR,IR,MS,元素分析对其结构进行了表征.
The synthesis of three novel β-diketones is described. Compound 1 was formed by coupling reaction of methyl p-bromobenzoate with phenylacetylene in the presence of Triphenyl phosphate-palladium chloricle/Cuprous iodide as catalyst in solvent triethylamine. Compound 1 reacts with acetophehone,2-acetyifuran and 2-acetylthiophene respectively under the conditions of Claisen condensation to afford the correspond β-diketones 3 (a-c) with good yield. The products were characterized by element analysis and the spectra data of IR and ^1HNMR.
