摘要
对比研究了热挤压银石墨(AgC)材料与单片压制AgC材料的机械物理性能和电性能。结果表明,热挤压AgC材料在密度、电阻率和金相组织方面具有明显的优势,也具有更优良的耐电磨损、耐电弧烧损和抗熔焊性能。AX继电器型式试验结果表明,用热挤压AgC材料代替纯Ag作为AX继电器的前触点具有更高的可靠性和更长的电寿命,可更好地满足铁路信号AX继电器的使用要求。
The mechanical properties and electrical performance of the AgC materials made respectively by hot extrusion and unit compaction were compared and studied. The compared results show that the thermally extruded AgC material not only has obvious advantages at the aspects of density, electrical conductivity and microstructure, but also possesses better wear resistance, arc erosion resistance and welding resistance than the unit-compacted AgC material. The AX relay model test result shows that the thermally extruded AgC contact material used for AX relays, to take the place of pure Ag, possesses higher reliability and longer service life, and can meet the requirement of the AX relays for giving railway signals.
