摘要 Fehling试剂是有机化学教学与实验中测定糖的还原性的经典试剂。多年的实践和经验显示:使用Fehling试剂存在操作麻烦、稳定性差和显色干扰严重三大缺点。鉴于此,文章介绍了可避免Fehling试剂诸多缺点的、改进后的新型试剂——Sandell试剂用于糖的还原性的发现、配比及使用。 Fehling reagent is a representative reagent that was used to mensurate reductibility of sugar in the course of teaching and experimentation of organic chemistry. It was showed by perennial practices and experiences :it was three flaws that they were troublesome operation,low stability and serious color interference when we used Fehling reagent. In view of this, this article introduce a new reagent that is used to mensurate reductibility of sugar, and that may avoid a good many flaws of Fehling reagent.
