现阶段房地产价格与消费的相互关系研究--基于中国数据的理论与实证分析 被引量:19

摘要 本文以房地产价格波动对消费者支出的影响为切入点,以1991-2005年的年度数据和我国31省(市、区)1999-2005年面板数据,通过构建模型对我国住宅价格波动与消费支出进行实证检验,结果显示住宅平均销售价格上涨有降低个人消费支出的压力,这与现有的理论预期和实证结果并不一致,并提出克服这种负的财富效应的相关对策建议。
