九香止泻片长期口服对大鼠生理机能及相关指标的影响

Effect of Oral Jiuxiang Zhixie Teblet in Long-Term on Physiological Functions and Relative Index in Rats

目的观察九香止泻肠溶片长期口服对大鼠生理机能及相关方面指标的影响。方法将80只SD大鼠随机分为空白组及九香止泻肠溶片低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组,分别以不同剂量九香止泻肠溶片给大鼠连续灌胃6周后,观察其一般情况、体质量、血细胞、各项血液生化指标及18个主要组织器官形态学改变以及停药2周后上述指标变化情况。结果一般状况无异常,各项指标均无异常改变。结论九香止泻肠溶片长期口服安全,无明显毒副作用.提示推荐的临床使用剂量基本安全,无毒副作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Jiuxiang Zhixie enteric-coated teblet（JZT） on the physiological functions and morphology and so on in rats. Methods The 80 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, i.e., blank group and 3 treating groups with JZT in different dosages for 6 weeks. During the experimental period, the general status,bodyweight,blood cells, various indexes of blood biochemistry and the histological changes in 18 major organs were detected, and the changes in all indexes above were also detected after 2 weeks of pausing treatment. Results The generally conditions and all the indexes were not change in rats. Conclusions JZT is safe orally in long term and without obvious toxic effects, which suggests that the clinical dosage is effective and without side-effect.
