摘要
结合作者近期的研究工作分析了铝合金厚板淬火残余应力的形成机理及分布;介绍了采用有限元技术开展铝合金厚板淬火残余应力数值模拟的研究进展;根据实验和数值模拟结果,提出了一种可较好解释铝合金厚板淬火残余应力形成机理与分布的局部平衡的"应力与应变波动"模型;分析了该领域存在的主要研究困难,指出了其研究方向。
The forming mechanism and distribution of the quenching-induced residual stress of aluminum alloy thick plates are summarized. The development of research using FEM is also introduced. According to the results of experiment and numerical simulation, a local balanced stress and strain shift model for explaining the formation mechanism and distribution laws of quenching-induced residual stress in the aluminum alloy thick plates is proposed. Furthermore, the main existing problems in research and the study direction are also pointed out.
