摘要
航天电磁继电器的电磁兼容分析技术是军用和航天电子设备的高可靠性、强耐环境的技术基础。以某型号航天电磁继电器为研究对象,建立有限元模型。参照国家标准GB/T17626.29(直流电源输入端口电压暂降、短时中断和电压变化的抗扰度试验)的规定仿真了在电压暂降、短时中断和电压变化三种传导干扰下继电器的动态特性,并且与无干扰情况下的动态特性对比。分析了传导干扰对航天电磁继电器工作的影响,其结论对电磁继电器的设计有一定的指导意义,是研究带有继电器电子设备电磁兼容性的基础。
The technology for analyzing electromagnetic compatibility of aerospace electromagnetic relay is the foundation of research on high reliability of aerospace electric devices and their abilities of enduring poor environment. The finite element model of a certain type of aerospace electromagnetic relay is founded. The dynamic characteristics of relay are simulated according to GB/T 17626.29 (volt- age dips, short interruptions and voltage variations on DC input power port immunity tests) under the conducted interferences including voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage variations. Compared with the dynamic characteristics of relay without any interference, the effects of conducted interferences on aerospace electromagnetic relay are analyzed. The conclusion is of great value for the design of elec- tromagnetic relay and is the foundation of research on the electromagnetic compatibility of electric devices with relays.
