摘要
我国教育体制由"应试教育"向"素质教育"的转轨,针对体育专业特点,对有关对我国体育教师能力研究的文献进行分析描述及总结的基础上,探讨体育教学活动中教师所应具备的能力,以期为提高我国体育教师能力提供理论依据和参考。
Our country education system is shunted from ＂examination-oriented education＂ to ＂the education for all-around development＂. The paper aims at the characteristics of professional sports. In the foundation of analyzing, describing and summering the literature about the ability of our country＇s gym instructor, it discusses the ability and the various ability special characteristic which is the gym instructor should have in the sports teaching activity, for providing the theory basis and reference which can improve the various ability of our country gym instructor.
