摘要
研究了不同浓度吲哚丁酸、不同扦插基质、不同枝段3个试验因素对红凉伞扦插生根的影响.结果表明,用100 mg/kg吲哚丁酸处理插穗生根率最高(53.3%)、生根数最多(4.3条)、根最长(9.0 mm);用生红土作扦插基质生根率最高(76.7%)、生根数最多(19.7条)、根最长(13.3 mm);用主茎梢部作插穗,生根率最高(56.7%)、生根数最多(9.7条)、根最长(12.0 mm).
The study on the impact of 3 experimental factors including indolebutyric acid different densities, different cuttage matrixes and different branch sections on rooting of Ardisia crenata by cuttage showed respectively that the highest rooting rate as 53.3% , the most root number (4. 3) and the longest length of root (9.0 mm) belong to the stem cutting processed by 100 mg/kg of indolebutyric acid. Concerning matrix, raw red soil could achieve highest rooting rate as 76.7% , the most root number (19.7) and the longest length of root ( 13.3 ram) . In terms of stem cutting, the main stem tip could realize the highest rooting rate as 56.7% , the most root number (9.7) and the longest length of root as 12.0 mm.
