青少年合作策略的发展特点及相关因素的研究

A Study on the Development of the Adolescent’s Cooperative Strategy and the Relative Factors

合作策略是青少年合作产生的中介,是成功合作的关键之一。本研究采用自编的合作问卷考察了青少年合作策略的发展趋势及影响青少年合作策略发展的因素。结果发现:年级越高,青少年越倾向于使用积极策略;初二到高二是青少年合作策略快速发展的时期;女生比男生更倾向于使用积极策略。

Cooperative strategy, the intermediary of adolescent＇s cooperative, is one of the keys to successful cooperation. The study has investigated the development tendency of the cooperative strategy and the relative factors. The results show： the higher grade the adolescents are in, the more they use positive strategy; the students develop the cooperative strategy more rapidly between Grade 8 and Grade 11 ; the girls use more positive strategy than the boys.
