摘要
针对湖北万顺造纸有限公司RWD/KFH-170-3型碱回收炉静电除尘器运行一阶段后,除尘效率降低、烟气排放达不到设计要求的问题,通过检查、测试、分析找出了产生问题的原因,即原静电除尘器运行一阶段后存在阴极线断线、振打系统效果不佳、电场内部气流分布不均匀等5方面的问题。对此,提出了相应的改进方法,即采取更换阴极线、改用电磁锤振打、利用声波辅助清灰等6方面的措施。改进方法最大限度保持了原设计方案,且容易实现、周期短、效果显著。改造后静电除尘器除尘效率由原来的96.0%提高到99.8%。
The emission concentration of the flue gas could not meet the design target due to the efficiency decreased of the electrostatic precipitator of the recovery boiler in Wanshun Paper Co,ltd, Hubei 'province, the reasons of the problem were found after checking, testing and analyzing, that included 5 aspects such as the negative plate wines broke down, the vibrating and rapping system was not efficient, and air stream was not distributed uniformly in the electric field. In order to solve the problem, the corresponding methods in 6 aspects were chosen, including to replace the cathodic wires, to change the side rapping system to be the top electromagnetic beating, to use sound wave as supplement to move the ash. This rebuilding maintained the original design as far as possible and was easy to implement in a short period. After improvement, practical running verified that efficiency and reliability of EP have been substantially enhanced that dust precipitate efficiency is increased from 96.0% to 99.8% and flue gas emission concentration meets the emission standard very well.
