摘要
在高压反应釜中,使用高锰酸钾(KMnO4)对克拉玛依焦化蜡油(KLCGO)进行氧化预处理。采用蒸气压渗透法(VPO)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR),分析了KMnO4氧化预处理前后平均相对分子质量和官能团的变化,并在模拟固定床催化裂化(FCC)微反装置上评价了其催化裂化性能。结果表明,KMnO4氧化预处理KLCGO,产生了新的含氧官能团,KLCGO的平均相对分子质量由300下降至250左右。KMnO4氧化预处理同时也改善了KLCGO的催化裂化性能,使反应的总转化率增加3.33%,轻油收率增加7.73%,而干气和焦炭的产率可分别降低0.52%和1.08%。适宜的KMnO4氧化预处理用量为1500μg/g。
Kelamay coker gas oil(KLCGO) pre-oxidized by potassium permanganate(KMnO4) in an autoclave was analyzed by vapor pressure osmometry(VPO) for the change of its mean relative molecular mass and FT-IR for that of its function groups,along with study of its catalytic cracking performance on a simulated fixed-bed apparatus. The results showed that pre-oxidizing of KMnO4 resulted in the new oxygenic groups and the decrease of mean relative molecular mass from 300 to about 250, and the catalytic cracking was improved by the increase of the total conversion and the light oil production about 3.33% and 7.73% while the decrease of dry gas and coke yield about 0.52% and 1.08%, respectively. The appropriate dosage of KMnO4 for pre-oxidation to upgrade KLCGO was 1500 μg/g.
