摘要
系统介绍超高韧性水泥基复合材料名称由来、分类、基本性能、材料设计方法及其在实际工程中的应用情况。在基本性能部分,详细地介绍超高韧性水泥基复合材料高于混凝土的受压变形能力、在直接拉伸荷载作用下表现出显著的准应变硬化特征和产生多条细密裂缝的能力、在弯曲荷载作用下表现出的超高韧性和产生多条细密裂缝的能力、在剪切荷载作用下表现出具有明显延性特征的破坏模式、与钢筋的变形协调性能,简要介绍UHTCC对缺口的不敏感性、显著的韧性断裂特征,以及约束收缩特性。在材料设计方法部分,详细介绍准应变硬化模型、准应变硬化性能参数,以及材料中纤维、基体和界面各组分的选择。在实际工程应用部分,介绍材料在提高结构耐久性、进行耐久性修补和在新型结构方面的应用,及其在新建、扩建工程中的使用情况。最后简要分析超高韧性水泥基复合材料在工程中的应用前景,并结合国内外的研究现状提出进一步研究的方向。
This paper introduces the ultra high toughness cementitious composite (UHTCC) , including the classification, basic property, material design method and the application, etc. The basic properties including higher compressive deformability than concrete, significant pseudo strain hardening and multiple cracking capabilities under uniaxial tensile loading, ultra high flexural deformability, significant ductile failure mode under shear loading, and compatible deformability with steel reinforcement are introduced in detail, while the properties of non-sensitivity to notch, ductile fracture, restrained shrinkage behavior in brief. Regarding the design method, pseudo strain hardening model, pseudo strain hardening performance indices and how to choose fiber, matrix and interface for UHTCC are introduced. Such practical applications as in improving structural durability, durable repairing, usage in novel structure, and in expansion project are introduced. The prospect of UHTCC application is summarized, and the need for further research need is proposed.
