摘要
目的:探讨山药麸炒前后多糖成分对脾虚模型小鼠胃肠功能的影响,为进一步探明山药补脾健胃作用的可能机制及为其炮制机理提供一定的依据。方法:通过灌胃给药,观察山药炮制前后粗多糖成分对脾虚模型小鼠胃排空率、肠推进率及脾脏指数、胸腺指数的影响。结果:与模型组相比,山药粗多糖能抑制脾虚小鼠胃排空及小肠推进,考察制品作用有优于生品的趋势,同时脾脏指数与胸腺指数均有一定增加,表明制品优于生品。结论:山药多糖成分对脾虚小鼠有一定的补脾健胃作用,初步推测调节免疫可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To explore the effect of polysaccharides from crude and processed Rhizoma Dioscoreae on gastrointestinal function in mice of splenic asthenia. Methods: Intragastric administration of polysaccharides from crude and processed Rhizoma Dioscoreae were used to investigate their effects on indicatrix of the rate of gastric emptying, the rate of small intestine advance, the index of spleen and thymus. Results:Compared with the model group, polysaccharides can markedly inhibit gastric emptying and small intestine advance, and increase the index of spleen and thymus. Also the processed product showed superior effect it's crude product. Conclusion: Polysaccharides from Rhizoma Dioscoreae shows certain effect on stomach intestine function in mice of splenic asthenia, and through the overall inspection, processed Rhizoma Dioscoreae outstrip it's crude one. We presume that the effect on stomach intestine function may be achieved by enhancing it's immunifaction.
