健康教育干预对集贸市场从业人员禽流感相关知识知晓率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的在集贸市场从业人员中开展禽流感防治健康教育干预,探讨针对该人群的干预策略。方法随机抽取东莞市大朗镇部分集贸市场从业人员,采取多种形式进行禽流感健康教育干预;干预前后分别进行禽流感相关知识和高危行为问卷调查,对干预前后效果进行分析和评价。结果调查对象干预前后禽流感相关知识、高危行为平均得分分别为11.44、15.64分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.29,P<0.01)。干预前后,正确洗手可预防禽流感的知识知晓率分别为70.07%、86.57%,正确洗手率分别为42.65%、66.50%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有针对性地采取干预措施,对集贸市场从业人员禽流感知晓状况和高危行为有明显改善,应继续加大健康干预力度。 Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on human avian influenza in poultry workers of fair trade markets, and to provide scientific evidences for developing a proper health education and intervention strategies. Methods Human avian influenza health education for 481 poultry workers was held by health departments and agriculture departments. Questionnaire surveys about knowledge and highrisk behaviors of human avian influenza were conducted before and after health education. Results The knowledge and practice regarding human avian influenza among poultry workers were improved significantly after health education. Conclusion The cross- department health education model is effective for enhancement of human avian influenza knowledge among poultry workers.
