摘要
根据金属材料的强度理论设计的爆炸成形模具,经过了近200次的爆炸冲击,仍然完好无损;突破传统的敞口式爆炸成形方法,采用分次成形的工艺,对LF6防锈铝合金板材进行爆炸成形加工,可以满足研制工作的要求,可以推广到其它材质薄板零件的加工.
Designed on the basis of strength theory of metal materials, an explosive forming mould has still kept Perfect, which bas to subjected to about 200 times of explosive impacts. The result that the formed product of LF6 antirust alumimum which was processed in gradual forming arts can satisfy the designation requirements shows that the technology, which has made a breakthrough in the traditional method of open explosive forming, can also be applied to the processing of other sheet metal products.
