摘要
速滑运动员进入赛季后,身体和精神都会长期处于应激作战状态,很容易产生运动性疲劳。通过对文献资料进行理性思辨,针对处于赛季中的速滑运动员特点,提出了速滑运动员运动性疲劳产生的原因和种类,并根据速滑运动员疲劳类型提出了利用抗疲劳物质、物理疗法、补充营养品及水、负离子法、睡眠等方法进行生物性恢复;利用音乐、赏识和催眠等方法进行心理性恢复。
The speed skaters easily have the sports fatigue as a result of their body and spirit hyperirritably keep long - term competitive status. Through rational thoughts on some documentary information, considering the speed skaters" specialty during the competition, the article brings forward the causation and sorts of their sports fatigue. It sorts the fatigue into phenotypic fatigue and cryptogenic fatigue. It suggests to eliminate the phenotypic fatigue with the methods of antifatigue things, physiotherapy, the supplement of nourishment, water, negative ion and sleep; to eliminate the cryptogenic fatigue with the methods of conversation, music, recognition and hypnotherapy
