摘要
差热分析是一种常用的研究晶态/非晶态转变的量热分析方法,广泛应用于玻璃学研究。综述了差热分析的基本原理及其在玻璃研究中的应用。主要论述了利用差热分析研究微晶玻璃晶化工艺、析晶动力学以及差热分析在玻璃分相和玻璃工业节能方面的应用。讨论了影响差热分析的主要因素,并展望了差热分析的发展前景。
Differential thermal analysis is an important analysis method for transformation of between crystalline and non - crystalline state. It has been widely applied in the study of glass. The basic theories of DTA and its applications in glass are summaried. The applications of DTA to the research of the crystallization process of glass - ceramics, crystallization kinetics, phase - separate and energy saving of glass industry are stated. Meanwhile, factors influencing the accuracy measurement of DTA are discussed and the development prospect of DTA is viewed.
