钢铁企业焦炉煤气利用的一个重要发展方向 被引量:26

Important Development Trends of Coke Oven Gas Utilization in Steel Plant

摘要 通过对焦炉煤气的用途,用于加热、发电、制造氢气、甲醇、生产直接还原铁等进行比较,结合钢铁企业的实际情况,得出钢铁企业焦炉煤气合理的应用是提取氢气作为原料生产化学产品。通过比较目前生产氢气的两种方法,深冷法和变压吸附法,可知焦炉煤气变压吸附制氢法是中等规模制氢的经济、技术成熟的好方法,其难点是煤气压缩机。在以钢铁工业为核心的循环经济链中,石化厂是重要的环节之一。 The reasonable application of the coke oven gas in steel company is to pick up hydrogen gas as the raw material to produce chemical product. The coke oven gas can be applied to heating, generation, making hydrogen gas, producing carbinol and directly reducing iron. The pressure swing adsorption technology is economical and mature way to make hydrogen gas for the medium scale compared to deep cold method with pressure swing adsorption technology. The difficulty of the PSA is the gas compressor. Petrochemical factory is one of the important taches in the circular economy chain centered about the steel industry.
