摘要
目的观察倚水济木汤对小鼠四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用腹腔注射CC l4制作小鼠慢性肝损伤模型。造模5天后治疗组分别予以倚水济木汤、利肝隆片治疗10天,检测包括正常组、模型组之各组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果倚水济木汤可显著降低CC l4肝损伤小鼠模型血清ALT、AST的水平,明显升高肝组织SOD的水平。结论倚水济木汤对CCl4所致小鼠肝损伤有明显的改善作用,其作用机制可能与减轻肝内脂质过氧化反应有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yi Shui Ji Mu Tang on Mice's CCl4 hepatic injury and discuss its mechanism. Method : The mice models of chronic hepatic injury are made by abdominal injecting CCl4. In 5 days, the treatment group is treated by Yi Shui Ji Mu Tang and Li Gan Long Tablets for 10 days, then ALT, AST, SOD of the normal group and model group are examined. Results: Yi Shui Ji Mu Tang can significantly de.crease ALT and AST level of the blood serum of CCl4 hepatic injury model rats, and can significantly increase liver tissues SOD level. Conclusion: Yi Shui Ji Mu Tang can effectively improve mice's hepatic injury due to CCl4, and its mechanism has relationship with the lessened lipid peroxidation.
