西部民族地区财政支农资金整合问题研究——以新疆福海县为例

Study on the Integration of Financial Expenditure for Agriculture in the West Minority Araes——Taking Fuhai County of Xinjiang as an Example

资金整合是我国当前财政支农和推进新农村建设的一项重要工作。本文在总结福海县财政支农资金整合主要做法、成效的基础上,针对资金整合面临的困难和问题,提出今后西部民族地区资金整合应选择的路径。

Integrating funds is a important work of financial supporting to agriculture and promoting new rural area construction in crrent of China. On the basis of summarizing the main practices and effect of integration of Financial Expenditure for Agriculture in Fuhai county , according the existed difficulties and problems, the paper put forward the route choices of integrating funds of west minority araes in the future.
