摘要
提出了一种带排烟热回收发生器的直燃机系统,并对系统进行了模拟分析.模拟结果表明:新型循环的性能系数随着排烟热回收发生器产生的冷剂蒸汽比例的增大而增大,但热回收发生器所需的传热面积也增大.提出了热回收发生器的优化计算方法,确定了给定参数下热回收发生器产生的最佳冷剂蒸汽比例.新型循环的性能系数提高约2%,排烟温度可降低到130℃左右,从长远来看具有很好的节能和环保效益.
A new-type direct-fried absorption chiller with an exhaust heat recovery generator was developed and simulated. The results show that the coefficient of performance (COP) of the novel cycle is improved with the increase of the vapor generating ratio from the exhaust heat recovery generator. However, the heat transfer area required for the heat recovery generator is also larger. The optimal calculation method of the heat recovery component is presented and the best heat recovery refrigeration vapor generating ratio under certain conditions is also discussed. The COP of this cycle is increased by 2 % and the exhaust temperature can drop to about 130℃, which has energy efficiency and environmental protection benefits estimated in the long term.
