阿尔治关节腔注射剂治疗膝关节骨关节病临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Intra-articular Hyaluronan Injection in Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨阿尔治(透明质酸钠)关节腔注射剂治疗膝关节骨关节病的临床疗效。方法:总结我院2007年3月至7月间收治的20例膝关节骨关节病患者使用阿尔治(透明质酸钠)注射剂治疗膝关节骨关节病的临床病例资料,结合X线分级,通过治疗前后膝关节疼痛、肿胀及功能改善的变化评价其疗效。结果:经有效随访,90%的患者获得明显的功能改善。结论:阿尔治(透明质酸钠)注射剂关节腔注射能有效缓解膝关节骨关节病的疼痛症状、改善膝关节活动功能。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of intra-articular hyaluronan injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：Twenty cases of knee osteoarthritis in outpatient were treated with intra-articular hyaluronan injection between March to July in 2007.Knee radiographs were reviewed and graded on the basis of Kellgren＆Lawrene classification systems.Preinjection and postinjection evaluation were conducted by the score change of pain relief,physical examination and knee fuction.Result：All cases were available for follow-up and responded to a detailed patient questionnaire.The satisfactory rate was 90% in the patients with radiographicⅠand Ⅱ grade.Conclusion：It is recommended that intra-articular hyaluronan injection be used in the patients with radiographic evidence of mild disease.It is a good method to improve the clinical results.
