摘要
高等院校作为汇集人才的高地和培养人才的基地,承担着人才培养、知识创新和社会服务的重要任务。随着高校规模的不断扩大,高等教育国际化进程的加快,高校行政管理出现了许多问题,如管理队伍参差不齐、管理意识滞后、管理效率低等,管理问题己成为当前高校建设和发展的一个瓶颈。我国高校要想在知识经济飞速发展的环境下求生存,就必须从管理理念、管理队伍和管理方法上实现现代化的转变。
As the base and upland of attracting talents, institutions of higher learning undertake the important task of cultivating talents, innovating knowledge and serving society. With the expanded scale of higher education, many problems emerge in administrative management in institutions of higher learning, such as the unbalanced management teams, the backward management awareness, and the low management efficiency, which has become a bottleneck difficulty in current construction of institutions of higher learning. In order to survive under the circumstance of the rapidly developing knowdge economy, China's institutions of higher learning must realize the modemized transformation in the aspect of management ideas, management teams and management methods.
