摘要
针对深井高地应力、高瓦斯含量、低渗透率、三软复合顶板煤层群条件,提出了深井首采关键卸压层无煤柱沿空留巷Y型通风煤与瓦斯共采新方法,深入研究并创新集成了无煤柱快速沿空留巷新型支护、巷旁充填及留巷钻孔抽采卸压瓦斯等3大关键技术难题,通过在顾桥煤矿等地的成功应用,实现了煤与瓦斯的高效共采。
To counter the coal mining conditions of high ground stress,high methane content,low permeability and 'three-soft' composite roof coal seam cluster in deep coal mines,this paper proposes a novel mining method to extract coal and methane simultaneously.That is,in deep mines,the first thing to do in mining is to mine the key pressure relieving coal seam.This is realized by pillarless mining in gob-side entry that is provided with Y type ventilation.Based on deep going research and innovation,3 key technologies are put in place such as support of new type for use in pillarless gob-side entry retained,roadside packing and drilling for pressure relieving methane.Successful application of these technologies at Guqiao and some other coal mines indicate that simultaneous extraction of coal and methane at high efficiency is realized.
