摘要
数字城市已是当前城市信息化建设的主要目标,本文以数字城市的实质性建设为着眼点,详细阐述了利用3D GIS,WebGIS等技术,建立城市3维地理信息服务系统的原理、方法等。城市3维地理信息服务系统将是全面推进数字城市建设、城市信息资源共享、提升信息资源应用价值的有效途径之一。
Currently, digital city has already become the essential target of the construction of urban informationization. This paper takes the substantive construction of the digital city as the objective point,discusses the principle and methods for constructing urban 3D geographic information services using 3 D GIS and WebGIS technologies in detail. Urban 3 D geographic information services system will be one of the effective methods to facilitate the construction of digital city, urban information resources sharing, and to promote the application value of information resource.
