摘要
建立了汽车动力总成悬置系统的动力学模型,根据能量法解耦理论推导了有关公式,并将其应用到某微型车动力总成悬置系统的改进中。结果表明,对悬置刚度进行优化能有效提高解耦率,从而改善系统的NVH性能。
A dynamic model for the vehicle powertrain mounting system is established, and the relevant formulae are derived based on the theory of energy decoupling, which are then applied to the improvement of the powertrain mounting system of a mini vehicle. The results show that the optimization of mount stiffness can effectively enhance the decoupling rate of powertrain mount, and hence improve the NVH performance of the system.
