摘要
为了提高微波辐射加热沥青混合料的能量利用率,根据矩形波导传输和广义传输线相关理论,分别建立了磁控管最佳安装位置及加热器离地面最佳辐射高度模型,利用IE3D进行仿真分析和参数优化,优化结果显示可使反射系数减小,能量利用率提高。根据沥青路面材料在微波作用下的特性设计了一种加热器并进行了实验,结果发现沥青料温升增大,仿真结果和实验结果相吻合,验证了模型的正确性和优化的可靠性。
In order to improve the efficiency of energy utilization in microwave heating for recycling asphalt mixtures, the models of the best installment position for magnetron and radiation height from heater to the ground were built based on related theories of rectangular waveguide transmission and generalized transmission line. The optimization result of simulation analysis and parameter optimization based on IE3D shows that reflectance decreases and efficiency of energy utilization increases. The experiment result held by the heater shows that temperature of asphalt mixtures increases. The simulation results agree well with experimental ones, which validates the correctness of model and reliability of optimization.
