摘要 目前对于标准化病人的研究只是单纯地从它的应用现状和优、缺点的角度进行阐述。采用文献分析的方法,阐述标准化病人的研究背景和应用现状,认为标准化病人的应用价值主要体现在:实现医学模式的转变、构建临床医学理论与实践的桥梁、加强沟通技能训练、完善临床技能考核体系,为临床教学上标准化病人的推广提供了一定的理论和实践依据。 We have discovered that present studies on standardized patients simply center on its application, advantages and disadvantages without elaboration on the functions the application plays in clinical teaching. With literature analysis, this paper expounds the background of the research into standardized patients and the status quo of the application of them. It is thus observed that the value of standardized patients mainly includes such aspects as achieving the transformation in medical model, establishing the bridge between theory and practice of clinical medicine, enhancing the training in communication skills, and improving the assessment system for clinical skills. A basis is therefore provided for the theory and practice on the promotion of standardized patients in clinical teaching.
