摘要
在力反馈式伺服阀初步设计之后,伺服阀的各个参数往往不是最佳的,在此基础上利用多目标优化的设计方法,应用MATLAB软件的优化工具箱进行编程优化,选取对力反馈式电液伺服阀动态性能影响较大的8个基本参数进行优化,在保证伺服阀稳定的前提下增加伺服阀的频宽,即提高伺服阀的快速性。笔者以国产的QDY电液伺服阀为例进行参数优化,优化后电液伺服阀的快速性和稳定性都得到了不同程度的提高,并利用仿真结果验证了优化设计的有效性。
The force-feedback electro-hydraulic servo-valve parameters are often not optimal after preliminary design. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the servo-valve, the practical scheme was discussed to realize the optimization of valve parameters based on static design. Using optimization toolbox of MATLAB software, eight important dynamic parameters of the QDY electrohydraulic servo-valve were choosed to discuss the means of optimization. The result shows that the dynamic performance of electro- hydraulic servo-valve after optimized is improved and the simulation proves the validity of the optimization design.
