摘要 目的:了解牙骨质附着蛋白对牙囊细胞增殖的作用。方法:分别采用MTT比色法和酶动力学方法观察牛牙骨质附着蛋白对体外培养人牙囊细胞增殖及其碱性磷酸酶活性影响。结果:牙骨质附着蛋白对牙囊细胞的增殖无显著影响,但高浓度的牙骨质附着蛋白可增强牙囊细胞碱性磷酸酶活性。结论:牙骨质附着蛋白对牙囊细胞的增殖无促进作用。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of bovine cementum attachment protein (CAP) on the proliferation of human dental follicle cells(HDFC) in vitro. Methods: MTY and enzyme dynamics methods were used to observe the effects of CAP on cell proliferation and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of HDFC. Results: CAP did not affect cell proliferation of HDFC , but increased the ALP activity of HDFC at high protein concentration. Conclusion: CAP has no stimulative effect on cell proliferation of HDFC in vitro.
