探讨病案管理人员的继续教育模式

The Continuing Education Mode of Medical Record Practitioners in New Era

目的探讨适合当前的病案管理教育模式。方法结合我国病案管理的现状,剖析国内外病案管理教育模式。结果必须实行多种方式的病案管理教育。结论在继续推进正规病案管理教育的同时,病案管理继续教育是今后相当长时期内提高现有病案管理人员整体素质、综合能力和培养病案管理人才的主要模式。

Objective To explore the suitable continuing education mode of the current medical record management （MRM）. Methods The education modes of MRM at home and abroad were one-by-one analyzed against the existing condition of MRM in our country. Results The management quality of medical record in our country comparatively lagged behind the others and multi-mode education of MRM must be implemented. Conclusions Within a rather long time from now on,while the fundamental and prerequisite education of MRM was being advanced,the continuing education of MRM should be the main mode to foster the MRM personel with improvements of the integer quality and mixed ability.
