摘要
在分析步进电机的速度特性并建立数学模型基础上,设计了一种基于AT89S52单片机的二维运动速度控制系统,给出了包括最小系统、串行通讯电路、隔离和驱动电路的该系统硬件电路设计和两轴联动速度控制的软件程序流程。结果表明,该步进电机控制系统能实现精确走步和两轴协调运行,达到了良好的控制效果。
The velocity characteristic of step motor was analyzed and the mathematical model was established. Based on AT89S52 single chip microcomputer, a two-dimensional motion speed control system was designed. The design of hard,rare circuit about the system was introduced including minimum system, serial communication circuit, isolating circuit and driving circuit. The corresponding software procedure flow of the system was given. The result indicates that the step motor control system effect is well in realizing accurate step and two-axes coordinated operation.
