Human Protects Culture? Or Culture Saves the Nation?——An Anthropological Interpretation of the Basic Theories in the Cultural Protection

民族创造了文化,文化同样成就了民族,文化与民族如影随形,相互拯救,彼此之间一损俱损,一荣俱荣。文化保护需要理解文化的精髓及其宽广范围的保护限度,而保护文化其实也就是保护人类自身,人类需要依托千百年来积淀的文化智慧,才能从面临的危机中获得新生。

Nation creates culture and vice versa. Being closely associatedly, culture and nation always haunt together and save each other with common damage or prosperity. Cultural protection needs to understand the essence of the culture and its limit, and actually the cultural Protection is that of human itself. Mankind could revive from the facing crisis only depending on the cultural and intellectual heritage which has been accumulated for thousands of years.
