摘要
分析回转卧式反应釜内物料在重力、离心力、摩擦力和螺旋叶片提升力综合作用下的受力平衡,确定了物料在新型反应釜内产生滑移的条件,计算了在不同填充率和转速下,物料摩擦系数的极限值,为螺旋叶片有效工作提供了可靠的理论基础。
The conditions of solid medium slipping in rotary horizontal reactor are settled by strength balance analysis among solid gravity, centrifugal force, friction force, and up-force by spiral flight. The utmost friction coefficients are calculated under different fill-rate and rotation speed which would provides the reliable basis for the effect working of spiral flight.
