摘要
高职院校教师的教育教学能力直接影响到高职院校教学活动的效果,从研究与思考教师教育教学能力的概念出发,结合2008国家高职精品课程评审指标,探讨教师的教育教学能力,不仅可以尝试构建高职教师的教育教学能力的构成体系及培养途径,有益于提高高职教师的教育教学水平,还可以促进高职培养目标的达成。
Higher vocational college teachers' teaching abilities directly influence the effectiveness of teaching activities. Studying and thinking over the concept of teachers' abilities based on the national quality vocational curriculum assessment indicators will not only be able to attempt to structure vocational college teachers' teaching abilities, to compose the system and the cultivation approach and to improve teachers' education teaching level, but also will be able to facilitate the achievement of higher Vocational College training objective.
