摘要
针对目前油田普遍存在的注水管柱失效问题,通过对6种不同材质、不同服役期的旧油管及2种新油管的抗内压试验及在役油管腐蚀情况的测试评定,根据弹性力学理论及材料力学强度校核理论,对在役油管的剩余寿命进行了评估。试验结果可为油田深井高压注水管柱的优化设计提供依据。
In order to solve the problem of failure of water injection casings, internal pressure test was carried on 2 kinds of new casings and 6 kinds of casings with different material and different length of service, while the corrosion experiment was also developed to evaluate corrosion resist-ance of the casings. Then, the residual life of different casings was calculated based on the theory of elasticity mechanics and the strength assessment theory of material mechanics. The experiment result finally can provide supporting reference for the optimization design of casings in deep water injection wells.
