摘要
目的:本次实验的目的是掌握2006年北京市海淀区几所医院腹泻病的发病情况,分析流行动态及病原菌的种类,为防治工作提供依据。方法:本次实验所依据的标准有GB16002-1995、GB17012-1997、GB15984-1995,所使用的方法是用ATB全自动细菌及药敏鉴定仪对分离的阳性菌株鉴定。结果:在128份标本中检出志贺菌16株,占12.5%;致泻性大肠埃希菌8株,占6.3%;副溶血性弧菌4株,占3.1%;变形杆菌5株,占3.9%。结论:通过实验最终了解到在细菌性腹泻中,主要致病菌为志贺菌属,其次是致泻性大肠埃希菌、变形杆菌和副溶血性弧菌。在志贺菌属中引起临床特征较为典型的是以福氏志贺菌(B群)为主;此外,致泻性大肠埃希菌、变形杆菌和副溶血性弧菌在感染性腹泻中也占相当比例。因此提高腹泻病患者粪便培养的质量对其诊断水平和疫情报告十分必要。
Objective: To learn the diarrhea disease incidence circumstance in several hospitals of Haidian District of Beijing and analyze the population dynamics and the sort of diarrhea pathogen for the basis of prevention work. Methods : The standard of the test for reference includes GB16002 - 1995, GB17012 - 1997, GB15984 - 1995. The ATB Expression have been used to identify the separated positive pathogen. Results:Of 1:28 strains, 16 strains( 12. 5% ) were Shigella, 8 strains(6. 3% ) were diarrheogenic Escherichia coli, 4 strains( 3. 1% ) were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 5 strains (3.9%) were Proteus. Conclusion:The major pathogenic bacteria has been analyzed through the test was Shigella, and diarrheogenic Escherichia coli, Proteus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus were minor. To arouse the clinical parameters was mainly Shigella flexneri( B Group) by the test. As a conclusion, it is very important to increase the stools culture quality of diarrhea disease patient to the diagnosis level and case report.
