综合医院传染病疫情管理中存在的问题及对策

目的:为了更好地贯彻《传染病防治法》,防止传染病的迟报、漏报。方法:分析现有传统的传染病填卡报告方法存在的问题。结果:填卡报告方法存在着中间环节多,信息失真、滞后。结论:提高医务人员认真执行传染病防治法的自觉性,加强医院传染病质控人员的管理力度,实行传染病疫情报告网络管理,建立HIS与LIS、PACS之间的信息共享程序,使医生从手工操作转为信息自动化,准确、及时报告疫情,从技术上消灭疾病报告的迟报、漏报或错报现象,将疾病漏报检查自动化。

Objectives： To prevent infectious disease late report and missing report and Carry out infectious disease control law. Methods： Issues in traditional report cards of infectious diseases were analyzed. Results： Too many middle links, fake information, late report exited in traditional report cards. Conclusions： To rise consciousness of carrying out infectious disease control law and strengthen hospital infectious disease control management, set up a information sharing program of HIS, LIS and PACS. Manual operation has been changed to automatic operation, late report , missing report or wrong report were eliminated by technical methods.
