摘要
教师认知研究主要揭示教师的心理世界,即他们的信念、思想、知识结构及其对教学实践的影响等,目的在于帮助教师反思他们的教学理念与实践,从而提高自我发展的自觉性,因此教师认知研究与教师发展是相辅相成的。本文概述教师认知研究的缘起及其发展,讨论教师认知研究的主要议题,探讨教师认知研究与教师发展的关系,阐述教师认知研究对于汉语国际推广的意义,旨在推动对外汉语教学教师认知研究,促进教师发展。
Teacher cognition research explores teachers’ 'mental world'-their beliefs, thinking and knowledge-to understand how these shape and are shaped by teachers’ practice. The purpose of the research is to help enhance teachers’ awareness of their practice via reflection and to deepen the understanding of teacher development processes. This article includes the following 4 sections: 1) providing the broad background against which the evolution of teacher cognition research is discussed, 2) presenting a framework of the research and examining selected research issues, 3) considering the connection between teacher cognition research and teacher development, and 4) the significance of this research to the promotion of the Chinese language to the world.
