摘要
根据施工模拟方法的原理,提出CCTV新台址主楼的施工模拟分析方法,在设计过程预先考虑施工进度上限、下限进行结构包络设计。计算分析表明,施工模拟分析方法模拟CCTV新台址主楼结构可以较为准确地反映恒载作用下结构的变形和内力分布,是很有必要的。在建造期间根据承包商实际采用的施工过程进行了施工模拟分析的调整和对比分析,结果表明结构锁定内力仍满足结构承载力要求;同时介绍了悬臂段合拢方案的细化施工模拟及关键工况分析。
According to the principle of staged construction analysis, the staged construction of New CCTV Building was advanced in this paper. The upper bound (maximizing the load on the towers prior to forming the link ) and lower bound stages ( minimizing the load on the towers prior to forming the link) were both considered in order to adopt the structure design envelope. The analysis result indicates that staged construction analysis can reflect the inner force distribution accurately under the dead load, which proves the necessity of the structural mechanical behavior modeling. This paper also introduced adjustment of staged construction according to practical construction process and made comparison and analysis of the influence on the original design caused by adjusted construction stage. The locked forces during erection still can satisfy the design requirement. The detailed staged construction and the analysis of critical cases model of the overhang connection scheme were presented as well.
